High Protein Pancakes, Kid Approved!!

I have been using the Clean and Mean meal plan for about a month now and I love it. The amount of time and money I have saved has been significant. I never worry about meal planning or having food go bad in my fridge. They offer a tasty selection every week so I get more variety than I would ever make on my own and I never have to worry if it has too much salt or dairy in it. And it is the perfect way to support a local business who provide excellent customer service.

You cannot prep and shop for this kind of food at this kind of price… This is such great value for money. I’m so grateful this meal service exists. I absolutely love all of their food but by far steak vegging sweet potato meal is my favorite.

Love the variety and the changing menu and making the general adjustments to hit my needs with calories and protein. Haven't been disappointed once.

Great portions and packaging only issue was chicken meals were very bland and felt like chicken was unseasoned. All other meals and everything else was perfect thank you

I've been getting the Mean and Clean for awhile now and I love the food. It is fresh, healthy and convenient. I like how they change the menu weekly as to not get bored with the same food. I also like the Paleo menu as it is so healthy and low calorie/low carb. The staff in store is lovely as I often get my meals right at the store. I will continue this as long as I can as it saves me time and keeps my accountable for my macros which is written on the front of each meal! Another reason to love Meal prep!

I have really enjoyed my options. They have been tasty, the portions are reasonable, and the delivery service has been affordable and easy.

I certainly enjoyed my meal, it went down so easily and I am smacking my lips now, just thinking about it! If you haven’t tried it, I suggest you should and you’ll be smacking your lips as well! l
