Paleo Meal Plan

I signed up for the 5 meals per week, and I've been loving them so far! It's saved me about 4-5 hours of meal prep every weekend, and it's been a wonderful variety of meals so far. It's a mix of different proteins every week, and I love that.

The food is very tasty and recipes change every week so you never eat the same stuff.

Tried the Philly wrap, chicken parm & DIxon Burrito wrap. All were great!

We LOVE Ottawa Meal Prep, specifically the Clean and Mean Meal Plan. With 2 toddlers, we have found the return to office makes it especially hard to get healthy lunch and dinners made every night. Ottawa Meal Prep is literally saving our marriage and making our lives so much easier, while also being incredibly delicious, healthy, AND somehow also toddler approved - dare I say, ADORED!? What magical sorcery is this!? I have been recommending this plan to everyone and am so glad we found you! Delivery is impeccable, variety of meals and quality is unbeatable, and the ease with which these meals are ready to eat is too good to be true!

The variety and quality of the meals is good. The delivery service is timely, as is the response to emails. And I particularly like that all packaging and containers are re-usable, not just re-cyclable.
