Meal Prep Ottawa

My partner and I have been receiving the Vegan Meal Plan for 5 weeks now and it's a game changer! The meals are nourishing and tasty. The variety is great week to week and we're always left feeling good after dinner. The best part? Getting to spend so much more quality time together since we don't need to cook or clean any more after work on week days. The deliveries are easy and on time every Sunday.

Great customer service and great food.

If you want good tasting food without preservatives, gluten, dairy, etc. This is it! Portions are good with a good variety. Very helpful when managing health conditions. I had to deal with staff a few times and they were always very helpful. On top of all that? They are right here in Ottawa.

Rich Red Velvet Cake was the BEST we have ever had!! Caesar Salad was fresh scrumptious, and plentiful!

MPO's meal plans are the perfect solution for me, I get in super late and do not ever feel like cooking at 9pm, I love having real food ready for me so I'm not always having junk or fast food for supper! The portions are really generous and the price can't be beat, it would cost me triple just to buy the ingredients I would need to make these meals.

Did not disappoint!

Far less salty than restaurant food, which is exactly what I was looking for! Portion size (with the ¼ pound of extra meat per meal option) is hefty. Price ($20/meal) is a bargain. I find it odd that the labels turn totally black in the microwave though.
