Blackened Cod, Sweet Potato, Mixed Vegetables Meal

These meals are plentiful and delicious. I like the balance between calories, proteins, carbs and fats. The meals are varied and have distinctive tastes. I particularly like those based on Mediterranean cuisine.

So far we have had the chicken souvlaki skewers with rice, potatoes, pitas, tzatziki. It wax amazing. I also had the chickpea dinner with quinoa and cauliflower and squash. It was also soooo good. There was so much food too so I think the price is well worth it. I just ordered a bunch of a la carte stuff and I’ll write another review after we try everything.

Vegan Meal Plan

The drumsticks were perfect! They were succulent, spicy (which I like) and wonderfully messy. The rub was first-rate! I will be ordering this one again. Thanks MPO!

Ordered Paleo meal first time this week.
Yet to get to all the options but the Cajun turkey minced and chimichurri meat loaf were really good! Will continue the subscription for sure!

This is only my first week. So far the beef bourguinon was excellent 5/5, and the chicken quinoa meal was spicy and delicious 5/5. The chicken Pecora was a bit more ordinary 4/5. I'm enjoying the meals so far! And u have to say Ori has been great to work with to trouble shoot my technical issues and generally following up quickly to my questions. I also like that the insulated bags and ice packs are picked up to be reused. The environment thanks you!

I am a new customer. I have some restrictive food tastes and hate cooking because of my ADHD, but I wanted to eat healthier. I checked out many food delivery services and settled on mealprepottawa for convenience, price, recycling efforts, multiple mealtime options, and delivery system. Pricing worked well with my regular grocery budget (as in it's either a little less, about the same, or a little more but not significantly so!), so why not - now I don't even have to order groceries as much. I liked that I didn't have to choose (no decision paralysis, yay!) my meals and they change every week but I could also put in what I don't like or switch plans if I'm not feeling the menu. I ordered a one-time 7-day clean and mean meal plan and the 3-day sandwich pack to test it out. I enjoyed every single meal so now I have a recurring subscription to both - this means a week's worth of suppers and half a week of lunches are handled, leaving only breakfast and 4 days of lunches to buy! I like that containers are recyclable and that they use ice packs and insulation bags which can be given to delivery people. Delivery service is top notch, you get real time updates so you know when they're going to arrive. Customer service is also fantastic, they are responsive to DMs and phone calls when there's questions and issues. Since I'm still relatively new, not sure what effect it'll have on my weight but since switching to this system, I have noticed some positive changes with my energy levels and my mental health! Keep up the great work!

Like their meals prefer chicken and fish dish.

The shrimps are large, succulent and beautifully cooked and served with sweet potatoes which are also superbly cooked.... although I prefer Basmati rice served with a shrimp cocktail sauce delicately spiced, I look forward to Friday nights to enjoy your shrimp dinner.

I have been using the Clean and Mean meal plan for about a month now and I love it. The amount of time and money I have saved has been significant. I never worry about meal planning or having food go bad in my fridge. They offer a tasty selection every week so I get more variety than I would ever make on my own and I never have to worry if it has too much salt or dairy in it. And it is the perfect way to support a local business who provide excellent customer service.

You cannot prep and shop for this kind of food at this kind of price… This is such great value for money. I’m so grateful this meal service exists. I absolutely love all of their food but by far steak vegging sweet potato meal is my favorite.
