Meal Prep Ottawa

I started the Paleo meal plan to give me back some time into my calendar. Meal prepping takes more effort and planning than I have the capacity for right now. This local business has been such a fantastic solution! The meal ordering and delivery is so simple and my lunches are WAY more delicious than I’d ever take the time to prepare. Super super grateful for this resource.

I ordered the 3 pack of soups. All were very delicious. Kids favourite was the chicken and rice. My husband and I really liked the sweet potato coconut curry.

Love love love these! They keep well for a good 3-4 days so it makes lunch box packing a breeze! Hope they stay on the menu and would to see some fun kid-friendly options too

I am on Keto, so ordering this delicious salmon, is a great addition to my weekly menu along with the 1lb of veggies, that i divide up during the week to meet my quotas and get healthy and loose weight. It's working! :)

I would love if the tofu was firmer though. I do feel like it would be nice if it had a bit more chew.

Because of my health condition, I must follow a plant based diet by purchasing the vegan meals and providing my diet restrictions, I was successful in getting meals that I can have and they are so delicious. I’m also impressed with the high client services Meal Prep offers. I highly recommend them.

It was very good. Very generous portions. Just wish it came with more tzatziki, and more chicken (& less rice).

I frequently order from meal prep and I quite enjoy their service. Food tastes great and they are really home grown Ottawan company, atleast I think. Regardless if you are based out of Ottawa and need high quality reliable meal prep, it is the way to go. I have used various other meal preps (including big names one), but this is my only go to.
