Excellent choice. Fresh and perfect amount.

I'm only in my first week, but so far I am very happy and impressed with the service. I love that there is minimal waste with the reusable bag and recyclable containers. The meals are delicious and satisfying and it makes dealing with meal planning SO much easier and more convenient! I also love that it's local! 5 stars!

Very generous amount of fresh chicken breast.Salad is very fresh as was everything else in the salad. Lovely tasting salad dressing. I squeezed a bit of fresh lemon and black pepper and it was delicious. I will be ordering this again

Beef patties were good size, well cooked and flavorful. I put the patty in the air fryer to reheat and it was like I just cooked. Delicious and will definitely order again.

The quality speaks for itself and is worth the price. We have been satisfied with each order. Healthy, high protein and nutrient dense.

All of the meals were tasty and the perfect portion. They heated up in the microwave very well. Ordering and communication re: shipping was excellent 👌

I was skeptical. I was even more skeptical when the meals arrived. To the eyes, I felt that the meals were not going to be very substantial. I was very very wrong. We have been very happy with the meals thus far. It has given me back precious time after a long work day.

I love this meal plan, it is delicious, low calories. I use them for my lunches, since I work from home. Easy and convenient, Oh did I say that they were delicious 😋

The fajita meal is on a regular rotation over here, everyone loves them!
We generally ask to substitute plain rice instead though, as the kids find the Mexican rice too spicy.
Otherwise it's a family favourite!!
