With an imported wood oven from Italy, a refurbished abandoned restaurant space and fresh ingredients, PIE was born.

Fast forward 13 years. With 4 locations, over 2 million pizzas served and still a family owned and operated business, PIE has evolved appreciably into a pizza institution catering to every demographic from every walk of life.
